We are growing our team in our Istanbul (Atasehir) office (work from home at the moment) and are looking for new members who are keen to learn a new approach to market research with a focus on delivering high-quality consumer insight for enterprise level brands.

This role will give you the opportunity to make your mark and drive high growth at a global level, working with a fantastic portfolio of clients (Vodafone, Samsung, L'Oréal and more), pioneering a unique blend of tech and consultancy expertise.

 

This is a mid-level role with a required experience of a minimum 3-4 years.

Job Description and Responsibilities 

Lead data analysis activities for quantitative research projects from the questionnaire to reporting stages.

Project set up: working with research managers for the approved client projects, define priorities for healthy data and insight generation starting from the questionnaire stage.

Analysis: analysing the data collected from the market research fieldwork, work on tabulation using SPSS and/or MS Excel, depending on the objective of the research.

Report production: support research managers with impeccable data and insights that are in-line with the brand's business objective.

 

Qualifications/Required Skills 

  • 3-4 years of experience in Quantitative Research / Insights related role.

  • SPSS proficiency.

  • Demonstrated experience in scripting, analysing data and reporting.

  • Demonstrable understanding of common market research methodologies and applications.

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, to analyse data and create reports.

  • Educated to degree level - a bachelor's degree in statistics, information technology, business or related fields of study.

  • Ability to work and take decisions independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proven analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills, to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent comprehension and written communication skills in English.
