Strategic Account Manager

We are growing our team in our Istanbul (Atasehir) office (flexible but not fully remote) and are looking for new members who are keen to learn a new approach to market research, with a focus on delivering high-quality consumer insight for enterprise level local and global brands such as PepsiCo, Vodafone, Evyap and more.

In this role, you will be working in the fast-paced global business team to support account management and business development activities. You will be joining a hugely talented team with counterparts in Istanbul, Izmir and London. This is a junior to mid-level role with a maximum required experience of 3-4 years.

Job Description and Responsibilities 

  • Manage client facing day-to-day account management and business development activities for named strategic partners – working closely with Turkey, EU and global account leads.

  • Build strong relationships across existing clients. Communicate with the research and product teams to manage expectations with the objective of providing world-class client service.

  • Maximise current partnerships through proactive account management, working with lead development partners.

Qualifications/Required Skills 

  • Max. 3-4 years of previous B2B experience in a sales or client facing account management role.

  • Advanced-level English language communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Educated to degree level - a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or related fields of study.
