London, June 02, 2025 – Bolt Insight has added two new features to its BoltChatAI platform: Dynamic Personas and Meta-Analysis to further empower brands by providing the ability to build evolving audience profiles and compare data across time and segments. BoltChatAI will be making this available now to new and its existing 100+ brand customers.
Unlike traditional static audience profiles, the Dynamic Personas feature delivers by recognising that every consumer segment is unique but also evolving. Dynamic Personas are built from research — surveys, interviews, trend reports — and evolve over time as new data is added. Brands are not looking at a snapshot of their audience; they’re engaging with a living, learning representation that responds in real time.
Dynamic Personas allows clients to upload research in any format whether excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, chat transcripts, surveys, trend reports or studies, to create richer, more accurate profiles. The value of research no longer stops at the debrief stage, as with each new research project the Dynamic Personas feature becomes smarter — revealing patterns, surfacing richer insights and guiding faster, more strategic decisions for clients.
