BoltChatAI Takes Paris: A Toast to Connection with France’s Leading Brands

On the 1st July, the BoltChatAI team touched down in the heart of Paris for a day of fresh ideas, insightful conversations and a glass (or two) of something local with some of France’s most iconic brands. 

We were thrilled to spend time with teams from Orange, L’Oréal and Danone, sharing what’s next for the industry and how AI-moderation can help keep brands close to the people who matter most. 

Set in a beautiful Paris venue, the day was all about genuine connection…exchanging ideas, comparing challenges and celebrating what makes French consumer culture so unique. And because it wouldn’t be Paris without a little indulgence, we wrapped up with a lovely wine tasting, raising a glass to great partnerships and plenty more collaboration to come. As Gabriela Carazato, our Head of France, shares:
