His arrival strengthens the company’s leadership in the region at a time when organisations are seeking faster, more connected consumer intelligence to drive confident, insight-led decision-making, combining advanced technology with real human understanding.
With more than 30 years of international experience across consumer insight, strategy and business growth, Robert has built his career at leading organisations, including over 25 years at Unilever, where he held multiple senior leadership roles spanning global and regional teams.
Prior to this, he worked in research and policy roles at the BBC World Service, as well as across public sector organisations in both the UK and Australia. He has worked across multiple categories including Foods, Homecare and Beauty and Personal Care, developing market-led growth strategies grounded in consumer behaviour, demand spaces and evolving market dynamics.
Robert previously served as Chair of the Market Research Society Senior Client Council (2020–2023), reflecting his commitment to advancing the role of insight within organisations and across the industry.
