Bolt Insight at Le Printemps des études 2026

Last week, the Bolt Insight team headed to the Palais des Congrès in Paris for Printemps des Études, one of the most important events on the French market research calendar.

Bolt Insight at Le Printemps des études 2026

Gabi, Cédric, Coline, Xavier and Ester represented Bolt Insight across two brilliant days of sessions, conversations and industry connection.

It was a strong two days for the team, and not just as attendees…

Bolt Insight was on stage twice, with two different but equally compelling accounts of what AI-moderated research looks like in practice.

Day One: Orange and the Power of AI-Moderated Qual

On the first day, our Client Development Director Cédric Lemy took to the stage alongside Jean-Christophe Desbouvries from Orange for a session that had the room's full attention.

Together, they shared Orange's experience of working with Bolt Insight on AI-moderated research over the past few years. It was a candid, detailed account of what the shift to AI moderation actually looks like inside a major organisation, what changed, what improved and what the team learned along the way.

Day Two: Volvic and Working Smarter with AI

Day two brought another standout moment. Our General Manager for France and Benelux Gabriela Matsumoto Carazato joined Delphine Duran-Lesecq and Marie Postec from Volvic (Danone) to share how Danone and Bolt Insight are using AI moderation to move faster without losing quality or accuracy.

The session tackled one of the most important questions facing insight teams right now. How do you keep the depth and rigour of great qualitative research while also meeting the pace that modern brand teams demand? Gabi, Delphine and Marie gave the audience a real-world answer, grounded in their own experience of making it work.

Two Days, Two Stages, One Message

What connected both sessions was something simple but important. The most convincing argument for AI-moderated research is not a platform demo or a feature list. It is a client standing on stage and telling you what it actually did for them.

Across both days at Printemps des Études, that is exactly what the Bolt Insight team and their clients delivered. Real stories, real results and honest conversations about what it takes to make AI work in practice inside major consumer brands.

Beyond the stage, the two days gave the team the chance to connect with insight professionals from across France and beyond, have the kinds of conversations that only happen in person and bring back plenty of thinking to fuel the work ahead.

A huge thank you to the Printemps des Études team for another brilliantly organised event, and to Orange, Danone and Volvic for sharing their stories so openly. We are already looking forward to next year.
