Presenting ‘Wear More, Wash Less’
At Qual360 NA 2025, Bolt Insight’s CEO, Hakan Yurdakul, took the stage to present on a growing sustainability-driven shift in consumer behaviour: Wear More, Wash Less.
To explore this movement, BoltChatAI engaged with 200 participants across Brazil and the United States, uncovering their awareness, motivations and barriers to adoption.
Moving beyond standard AI questioning, BoltChatAI’s real-time AI-moderation challenged assumptions, probed deeper and uncovered insights that truly matter.
As part of this research, BoltChatAI also utilised the power of AI voice activation, showing how it enhances qualitative engagement.
Some respondents used voice activation while others interacted with text prompts, both sharing their responses through video formats.
This immersive approach showcased valuable, in-depth insights across both formats, enriching the qualitative research experience.
By identifying these barriers, we gained a deeper understanding of what drives or hinders behavioural change, bringing brands one step closer to bridging the gap between intent and action.
